• Each Home Inspector only inspects a MAX of two homes per day.  
  • I do not want anyone to feel rushed and under a time constraint to get to a next inspection or get done quickly; that is how mistakes happen and potential home issues get missed. We spend as much time as needed at our client's future home, no matter how long it takes. You are our priority. 

• We utilize the use of a thermal imaging camera on every inspection!  
  • I am a strong believer in the use of a thermal imaging camera with every inspection to help diagnose problems and areas of concern. Some potential problems are hidden behind walls and cannot be seen except for the use of a thermal camera.

• Roof inspections are one of the most important part of a comprehensive inspection!
  •  Many inspectors will choose to stay on the ground and use binoculars to inspect the roof or put a camera on a stick and blindly take pictures of the shingles. I make the promise to either get on a ladder and walk the roof, or use a high-definition drone to take video and photos that allow me to see what I need to for a proper roof inspection. • I do not believe in littering my reports with non-issues. 
  • I encourage my clients to walk the house with me during my inspection, so they can ask questions and I can explain the priority and price scale of the deficiencies I find. Most things can be fixed quickly and easily, but yet may look scary on the report. My intention is that my client is not surprised or intimidated when an issue gets listed on the report.

• I offer a Pay At Close Option. 
  • This payment option significantly helps ease the financial pressure of buying a house. Many homebuyers need to save their cash reserves until closing. This option allows them more flexibility without the risk of buying a home without an inspection. *Offer not combinable with any other discounts*
